@WVUSports alumni using their WVU email to get tickets over current students is not right. They were heard in line yesterday saying they haven’t even been to a game in 3 years since they graduated. While current students get left out.

@SSN_WVU My daughter was online to get student tickets starting at 8:30and they are charging $2 and she didn’t have her card saved. She missed out on them. Her bf sitting right next to her got his because he had his card saved. She’s been to all the games this weekend1 she’s devastated

@WVUBaseball my daughter was online for student tickets at 8:30am and kept refreshing. She didn’t get a ticket because you charged $2 and she didn’t have her card saved?! She went to all of the games this weekend and missed the most important game!

@Walmart why does no one answer the phone at the Morgantown university center Walmart. They never have drivers meanwhile our groceries have been pulled for hours.

@British_Airways horrible. CC got put On a hold for fraud as I never travel overseas and in the two minutes it took to clear the price went up $600 when it had been the same price all day.

Why does @FedEx lie. I’ve been home all day. I can see my driveway and door from where I was sitting when they supposedly attempted to deliver my package. Yeah, you just didn’t come. Unbelievable.

Very disappointed with the response @ChoiceHotels has regarding cancellations due to no fault of our own. Who would have expected the coronavirus when we booked in January!! The manager‘s response “prepaying was a bad deal!” Poor customer service!
