New research from Task Force member @HenryFordHealth demonstrates the value of physician-led virtual musculoskeletal care for Medicare Advantage members. Two recently published studies found the model improved pain, physical function, and mental health while reducing musculoskeletal-related health care spending. The findings add to the growing evidence that value-based specialty care can improve outcomes while lowering costs. The @medicarepayment Advisory Commission released its June 2026 report! The report included an analysis of payment incentives in FFS Medicare, Alternative Payment Models, and MA.
