@TGCRunning Getting out is the important bit, a 5 minute run is still a run. It can be much easier (psychologically) to 'fit in' a short run and managing a couple of short runs a week will be better than struggling to do one 'long' run

We had a huge turn out last night as we joined running clubs across the country in supporting their local food banks this month. Members gave lots of food items & were generous in giving much needed cash too, all to support Kenton Food 🌈 👏

For #LGBT + History Month we have created this short film about the Nazi persecution of gay men, lesbians and trans people. An estimated 10-15,000 men who were accused of homosexuality were deported to concentration camps. Most died in the camps, often from exhaustion. #LGBTHM

Yesterday was #transdayofvisibility but, in the space of 24 hours, we saw trans rights included and then dropped by the government. Conversion ‘therapy’ is cruel. It has a terrible impact on mental health. It is right that the ban goes ahead. But what about trans people? (1/4)
