Running a 27B model on 12–24 GB VRAM sounds impressive, but heavy quant has a cost. If it hallucinates, writes bad code, struggles with reasoning, or performs below published benchmarks, it may not be the model. You simply be squeezing it too hard. Model size ≠ model capability

@TinySecEx Lol. Agree. before you start just ask it to set up the infra it thinks its needs it will generate a installation script. Then it produce poc, triage it goes fast since you just ask it to write a proper report with reproduce steps
Using Codex more and more in research, now bridge with kimi cli, wsl, docker. Works really well for what i am doing. The need to have a specific commercial framework seems like its not needed.

@chompie1337 @S1r1u5_ I usually apply the same methods i did at uni back in early 20 but now with AI. Idea, try to "cheat" my way to a result than trace back to learn and figure out what i actually did same now with AI "coding" got my intresst of new learning, study it why and how it "works"
@C2IRIS Over fifty you have a family, start doing talks, you are in a place where you only do research because you like the specific area. No need to chase money or fame because you already established it where it is needed.
