Today @rusumonelsap @rusumorpcl were honoured by the visit of Rwanda Minister of Infrastructure @RwandaInfra and Chair of @rusumorpcl Council of Ministers, Hon Dr Ernest Nsabimana (PhD Eng) who appreciated the progress recorded so far, with overall implementation status at 91.6%.
