I agree with this 100%. Personally, as a Raf's main, I will continue the boycott. I also see it as a way of honoring a character whose very foundation is rooted in creativity and artistic integrity. People saying it might take longer than expected to get our boy back and I’m like Yeah so? I don’t care if it takes weeks, months or longer. Sweetheart I’ve waited four years for a character to come back before. You really think I’m gonna let that stop me? FFXIV players might know about a certain character who was introduced in ARR who didn’t come back until several expansions later. And the odds of him coming back were nigh on zero as he was part of a side quest. I loved that boy through multiple expansions without once forgetting about him.
