For those interested, here is a link to a video of the panel in a video of the whole conference. @DaniMayakovski's clip is enough to suggest there's something very sick going on with these people. For example, a (supposedly) reputable reporter is working with others on hacking private algorithms for political reasons; the people involved have such an empathy deficit that they can't realize that it's not the algorithm that's turning people against Israel, it's the fact that social media now allows people to see less filtered news. It's bizarre, but it does help to see what humanity is up against, and what a clear example of "the banality of evil" looks like. FWIW, we actually have a fair number of Muslims in the health professions; they're as good as anyone else.
