@jamiegoode I have used your most interesting book Wine science as a reference point for many of my students over the years from the published date and I also used it for my diploma studies too, I’d say the person questioning your credentials should question their own.
A mean reviewer had a pop at me, saying I don't have the credentials to to write about wine science. I can't assume people know of my previous 18 year career, nor how much time I've spent in vineyards in the last decade, so here's my science CV wineanorak.com/2024/01/09/my-…
