How are people coming to Canada from a third world country where they have nothing and renting beautiful apartments that cost over $2500 a month, driving luxury cars and attending some of the most prestigious universities Canada has to offer all on a part time Tim Hortons wage? I understand some may have money but look around you, they are everywhere and they don't ALL have money, in fact I'd venture to guess most don't.
