لگتا ہے پاکستان میں کوی قانون نہی ہے ۔۔ پاکستان میں ایک عجیب روایت چل نکلی ہے۔ جو ڈاکٹر کل تک حکیموں کو جاہل کہتا تھا آج وہی صاحب سوشل میڈیا پر پھکیاں بیچ رہے ہیں۔ ڈاکٹر عفان جو MBBS اور FCPS ہیپاٹولوجسٹ ہیں انہوں نے ہربل سپلیمنٹ اور بیوٹی پروڈکٹس لانچ کر کے وہی کام شروع کر دیا ہے جس پر وہ خود پہلے ناک بھوں چڑھاتے تھے۔ آج ان پر سنجیدہ اعتراض اٹھانا ضروری ہے اور وہ بھی ریسرچ کی روشنی میں۔ پہلی بات تعلیم اور اختیار کا سوال ہے۔ MBBS اور FCPS کا پورا نصاب ایلوپیتھک میڈیسن پر مبنی ہوتا ہے۔ اس پورے کورس میں ہربل فارماکولوجی نیوٹراسیوٹیکل سائنس یا فائٹو میڈیسن کا ایک بھی باقاعدہ مضمون نہیں پڑھایا جاتا۔ یعنی جس بنیاد پر ڈاکٹر عفان اپنی پروڈکٹ کے فوائد بیان کر رہے ہیں وہ بنیاد ان کی ڈگری میں سرے سے موجود ہی نہیں۔ یہ ایسے ہی ہے جیسے کوئی ہڈی کا ڈاکٹر آنکھوں کی سرجری کا دعویٰ کرے۔ ڈاکٹری اختیار کا تقاضہ ہے کہ آدمی صرف اپنی تخصص میں بات کرے اس سے باہر نہیں۔ دوسری بات اور یہ سب سے سنگین اعتراض ہے کہ ڈاکٹر عفان جگر کے ماہر ہو کر آشواگندھا پروموٹ کر رہے ہیں۔ یہ ایک ایسا مسئلہ ہے جو انہیں سیدھا بے علمی کے کٹہرے میں لا کھڑا کرتا ہے۔ آشواگندھا کے استعمال کے بعد جگر کی تکلیف کے کیسز رپورٹ ہوئے ہیں جن میں جگر کی چوٹ عموماً شروع کرنے کے دو سے بارہ ہفتوں بعد ظاہر ہوتی ہے اور یرقان بھی سامنے آیا ہے۔ خاص طور پر ایسے مریضوں میں جن کو پہلے سے جگر کا مرض ہو ان میں جان لیوا نقصان یا ایمرجنسی لیور ٹرانسپلانٹ تک کی نوبت آئی ہے۔  اب سوچیں کہ ڈاکٹر عفان کے مریض وہ لوگ ہیں جو پہلے سے جگر کی بیماری لے کر آتے ہیں اور یہی ڈاکٹر صاحب انہیں آشواگندھا تجویز کر رہے ہیں یا پروموٹ کر رہے ہیں جو خود جگر کو نقصان پہنچانے کی صلاحیت رکھتا ہے۔ انڈیا کی ریسرچ میں یہ ثابت ہوا کہ جن مریضوں کو پہلے سے جگر کی بیماری تھی ان میں آشواگندھا سے acute-on-chronic liver failure کا سنگین خطرہ پیدا ہوا جس میں اموات بھی ہوئیں۔  ایک جگر کے ماہر ڈاکٹر کو یہ بنیادی معلومات نہ ہوں یہ قابلِ قبول نہیں۔ چوتھی بات مفادات کا ٹکراؤ ہے۔ ڈاکٹر صاحب کا مریض جب ان کے پاس آتا ہے تو وہ ایک معالج کے طور پر آتا ہے نہ کہ ایک دکاندار کے سامنے۔ لیکن جب وہی ڈاکٹر اپنی پروڈکٹ کا اشتہار دے کر مریضوں کو اپنی طرف کھینچے اور پھر وہی پروڈکٹ بیچے تو یہ طبی اخلاقیات کی کھلی خلاف ورزی ہے۔ پاکستان میڈیکل کمیشن کے ضابطہ اخلاق میں ڈاکٹر کو اس بات سے منع کیا گیا ہے کہ وہ اپنی پریکٹس کو ذاتی تجارتی مفادات کے لیے استعمال کرے۔ پانچویں بات بیوٹی پروڈکٹ کا مسئلہ ہے۔ ڈاکٹر عفان MBBS اور FCPS ہیپاٹولوجی میں ہیں یعنی جگر کے ماہر ہیں۔ اب انہوں نے جلد کی خوبصورتی کے لیے پروڈکٹ بھی لانچ کر دی۔ نہ یہ ڈرماٹولوجسٹ ہیں نہ کاسمیٹک سائنس پڑھی ہے۔ یہ بالکل اسی عطائیت کی نئی شکل ہے جسے یہ خود پہلے برا کہتے تھے۔ فرق صرف یہ ہے کہ پرانا عطائی اخبار میں اشتہار دیتا تھا اور نئے عطائی نے یوٹیوب اور فیس بک اشتہارات خرید لیے ہیں۔ سب سے اہم بات یہ ہے کہ علم کی ذمہ داری دوسروں سے زیادہ ڈاکٹروں پر عائد ہوتی ہے کیونکہ عوام ان پر اندھا اعتماد کرتے ہیں۔ جو شخص سالوں حکیموں کو جاہل کہہ کر ان کی پھکیوں کو غیر سائنسی ثابت کرتا رہا آج وہی شخص بغیر کسی ہربل تخصص کے اپنی پھکیاں بیچ رہا ہے۔ یہ منافقت بھی ہے اور عوامی صحت کے ساتھ کھلواڑ بھی۔

ویڈیو دیکھی… اور دل ہل گیا۔ 💔 ایک دکاندار… ہاتھ جوڑے… آنکھوں میں آنسو… بس اتنا کہہ رہا تھا: “5 منٹ دے دو… بچوں کی روٹی بچا لوں…” مگر کسی نے نہ سنا۔ دکان بھی گری… رزق بھی مٹی میں مل گیا… اور ایک باپ… وہیں کھڑا ٹوٹ گیا۔ 😔 قانون اپنی جگہ… مگر انسانیت کہاں رہ گئی؟ ویسے ایسے قانون کا کیا فائدہ جس کو نافذ کرنے کیلے اک پورا گھرانہ بھیک مانگنے پر مجبور ہو جاے ۔۔

Pakistan's Imran Khan's unjust imprisonment is not because of any plausible evidence of corruption or criminality. Its a politically motivated vendetta. It stems from a personal grudge held by Pakistan's current Army Chief General Asim Munir, there is bad blood between him and Khan, not because of what Khan did wrong, but because of what he tried to do right. Imran Khan was Prime Minister of Pakistan from 2018 to 2022. In October 2018 he approved the appointment of Lieutenant General Asim Munir as head of the powerful Inter Services Intelligence agency (also known as ISI) but after only about eight months in June 2019 Khan removed him from that powerful post and shifted him to command a corps in Gujranwala. The military gave no public reason for the sudden change at the time. Khan has always denied that the decision had anything to do with corruption allegations involving his wife Bushra Bibi. He called such claims completely false, meanwhile some orders have told me that Khan had serious concerns over the Genral "working eigh foriegn services" remember, it was Imran Khan who exposed the massive CIA influence in Pakistan, and called out its operators. Khan was removed as Prime Minister in April 2022 through a no confidence vote in parliament. He called it an imported regime change backed by hidden forces. Soon after that, (unsurprisingly), Asim Munir was appointed Chief of Army Staff in November 2022. Khan was then, again unsurprisingly arrested in May 2023 and has been in Adiala Jail in Rawalpindi since August 2023. He faces a long list of cases. These including obviously manufactured or flawed accusations that he illegally sold or kept expensive state gifts received as Prime Minister the Toshakhana references. There is also the cypher case about a secret diplomatic document. Plus charges linked to the violent protests by his supporters on 9 May 2023 when military installations were attacked. Several other graft marriage validity and terrorism related cases were filed too. It all seems like a complex Web of Lawfare and supposition. Some of the convictions against him have been suspended or overturned on appeal but fresh sentences and pending trials have kept him locked up. As of today, 17th of April 2026, he remains in jail serving time on various "corruption" convictions. Khan and his party insist all these cases are fake and politically motivated. They point directly at General Asim Munir as the person behind what they describe as selective prosecution and pressure on the courts. Khan has repeatedly said Munir is acting out of personal revenge for being removed as ISI chief years earlier. He has even claimed that Munir is extending this vendetta to harsh treatment of his wife Bushra Bibi who has also spent time in prison on related charges. Meanwhile, the international community is silent on the detention of a man who would, if polls are believed, sweep into power in a free and fair election in Pakistan. Ask yourself 2 questions, if Khan was a pro western leader, who hadn't challenged foreign influence and corruption in Pakistan, would he be imprisoned today? And finally, why is the dubious imprisonment of a globally recognised political leader essentially absent from western headlines? You decide.

He has said he can endure this ظلم himself, but she is being broken to force him into submission. The pressure is deliberate, calculated, and inhumane. He said clearly “no deal, no surrender!
