I just read on here last night about the values of B12 post COVID infection. I would love to know if there are any other beneficial vitamins post infection to take into consideration. Of course this is all non-medical advice.

I turned 33 today, and have Long Covid. By 34, I don’t know if I will be healthy or bedridden with crippling fatigue. Governments don’t want to hear about this and doctors can’t help. If you think this is unacceptable please RT. If you are in the same situation please like.

@RealSexyCyborg What’s the point of a trillion dollar defense budget when it’s not a foreign country killing & disabling your citizens, but instead it’s a virus? The U.S. Gov’t was presented intel, facts, & science…Somehow their conclusion was: let it rip. I will never understand their decision
