During her time at Cambridge, she has written that the Islamic concept of education is sharply opposed to ‘gaining literacy and numeracy and other disciplinary skills demonstrated through qualifications’. She attacks schools’ ‘attempts to integrate Muslim children’ as seeking to ‘produce new generations that reject Islam… if society is built on kufr [unbelief], it is our duty to tackle this challenge as a community in order to protect our young from its corruption.’ Worst of all, ‘religious tolerance is primarily pushed in religious education’, meaning that ‘Islam is taught as a religion like any other, putting its value on the same level as Christianity, Buddhism, Judaism, Hinduism, Sikhism and the like.’ Science is a problem too, because in the ‘teaching of evolution, Muslim children will be exposed to ideas that contradict Islam’. And in any subject, boys and girls may be asked to work together.

A German teacher is sounding the alarm over conditions at a secondary school in the Rhineland, where she says around 75% of pupils have a migrant background and violence, drugs and serious behavioral problems, such as prostitution in toilets, have become part of everyday school life. Many pupils come from Syria, Iraq, and Afghanistan. The special-education teacher, identified only as “Carola S.,” told Bild that fights and shouting regularly disrupt classrooms and the schoolyard, with police sometimes called several times a week. She also revealed that drugs are dealt on school grounds and described an extreme case involving a 15-year-old girl who prostituted herself in the school toilets for drugs and money, later became pregnant, and left the school. She says colleagues have also been insulted, threatened and even ambushed after school. She accused authorities of abandoning teachers, saying: “They’ve left us to fend for ourselves.”

Shirley Zimmerley, 69, from Cocoa, Florida, stabbed a horse multiple times with a knife right in front of a child at a therapy ranch. Then she whipped it because she got frustrated with its behavior. This happened July 27 in Brevard County. The kid went home and told the parents. Deputies showed up and found the horse malnourished, scoring a three out of nine on the body condition scale, covered in stab wounds and whip marks. Other horses on the place had open sores. She tried blaming a cat. Sheriff Wayne Ivey wasn’t buying any of it. She’s booked on one felony and two misdemeanor animal cruelty charges. Bond set at $10,000. Ivey made it clear he’d rather set the bonds himself so people like this stay locked up. This is pure evil. A therapy horse, already half starved, getting stabbed and beaten in front of a child who came there for help. Anyone who does that to a helpless animal has something broken inside them.
