@JahowYu @MonacoGTM This pattern works because testimonials answer "can I trust you" before the founder pitch answers "is this for me." Flip the order and trust never gets a chance to form. Curious if the demo step converts better with a testimonial right next to the CTA too.
@realBimalBohara Social proof is the most underrated line on that list. Most founders still treat it like a campaign ("go get testimonials") instead of an always-on system. The ones who make it continuous never run out of proof. How are you baking it into the engine?
@jyriso #3 is the one most people get backwards. They bury or fake social proof because collecting the real thing feels hard. Fix the friction on the client side and you earn the right to put it in the hero. Curious how you get clients to actually send proof?

Most founders have no testimonials because asking feels awkward and recording feels like a chore for the client. The fix isn't "ask harder," it's less friction: ask right after a win, let them type not film, make it a 60-sec link not a meeting. Friction is the enemy.
