@LloydsBank They just tell us it's not possible to make an appointment. It's on ever decreasing circle. We'd be so grateful for some help as we're currently just really stuck. Coukd you pass our request on to anyone at all?

@LloydsBank is it possible to have some support with Treasurer's accounts? We're a small charity working with groups, and need advice about Treasurers Accounts. It would be helpful to have a contact as we keep receiving conflicting information and are really stuck! Thanks

@LloydsBank I don't really want to discuss on SM and would prefer to talk to someone directly. Why is it so hard to seek help? The phone option is where we are having difficulties. Coukd we arrange a one off meeting in branch with someone?

@LloydsBank We just get a different person every time and a different set of answers...some which are entirely different to the previous person. It's so frustrating and means it's so difficult to support groups with funding to improve people's lives. A point if correspondence would help.

@LloydsBank We're having difficulties where groups are trying to open accounts. There are real inconsistencies to the process and it's making people feel discouraged. Is there someone who can be a point of contact for us? I tried to make an appointment in my local branch but it was cancelled

Residents at Grange Lea Care Home have been enjoying artistic glass activities each Friday afternoon, accompanied by their young apprentices from @primarypont We've been making glass coasters based on the sunrise and sunset! Thanks @TNLUK for your help in building these bonds

We spent a sunny, sociable afternoon with the Hensioners & kids from @TheDrivePrimary We took a sample of the tiles we've been making for our "Knocky Nine Doors Down The Drive' project. It was lovely to meet people and chat about the positives of intergenerational creativity.

Tom enjoyed regaling allotment tales and the creation of "spiralling circles" he could see in the beetroot he was printing. We mixed colours directed by Bob, a sign painter previously. An amazing day, uncovering people's past skills and knowledge through creativity.
