As part of our social value commitment at Ladywell Park Gardens, Lewisham, we have donated £13,000 to @Urban_Synergy to support a mentoring and social mobility programme helping young people aged 9–24 build confidence, develop skills and realise their potential. @LewishamCouncil

Exciting progress at Saxon Wharf, Greenwich. Delivering 145 new affordable homes and flexible commercial space for Notting Hill Genesis, this BPTW-designed development will maximise views of Deptford Creek, with many homes benefiting from dual-aspect layouts.

Great to welcome @MadiganGill to our Ledbury Estate development to explore opportunities for closer collaboration on Phase 2. Together, we're looking at school engagement, volunteering, local labour, training and #apprenticeship opportunities to maximise #socialvalue.

We welcomed students from Cambridge Special School & our partners Youth Careers Collective to our Hartopp and Lannoy Point Development for a tour of the homes we’re delivering with @LBHF.  The views were a highlight, followed by a fun spaghetti and marshmallow building challenge!
