The sheer panic in the middle of an ACE when I say “Sam says today is ______” What day was it yesterday” Not sure it will ever get easier to remember the day 🤣🤪 #mySLTday

First time implementing a high-tech AAC device for a child with a speech sound disorder. The change in the whole family since receiving this device has been amazing to witness & we’re only at the start. Feeling grateful to be an SLT - I love my job! #mysltday #aac #supercore50

@LucyBalchin1 Glad to hear you’ve found your sparkle again! It’s such a rollercoaster at the moment and so hard to not be able to just do our job “normally” x

@Caroline_SLT Probably a 10 - found a secure spot for now but there are still (metaphorical) places to go and jobs to be competed! 😂

What a great resource for supervision! Me and my uni pals would often use this resource for well-being chats, now to remember to use it in supervision! 🙌🏼

#Supervision Resource 1: targeted to help discuss Health&Wellbeing which is SUPER important in these crazy times❓Which one are you in the ‘Blob Tree’ ❓🤔 At the end of today, I’m number 11 or 12 after some great joint working & #FEES Ax on the respiratory wards 💃🏻💃🏻

Lessons learned: don’t throw a full cup of tea over your work laptop when wfh...1 hour on hold to IT and we’re only half way through the calls in front of me 😩 #mySLTday

I had a dream that I lost my palate. I was looking everywhere and couldn’t find it. I was walking around with a peg on my nose. #mysltdream 😂😂

It’s been a rough week, but my last child absolutely saved the week: Me: Any questions before I go? Mum: not from me, what about you? Child: erm, erm erm yes actually I do... what do you call it when you move your whole body to the left and the right like this... 😂 #mySLTday
