@United why did I volunteer to be bumped for only 5,000 miles in the app when your gate agent didn’t even look at that list and took a walk up volunteer for $800 voucher plus meal vouchers? Bad business for you and angering for me the pax. Why have a system if it’s not used?!

@Delta when are you going to admit that you screwed up with DGS? Again, I am on the tarmac waiting for ground crew. I have been on 6 flights in the past two weeks and every single flight has the second leg handled by DGS and we have had to wait on employees for every DGS leg

@Delta No, we were watching. There was one ramp crew slowly working it’s way down the ramp receiving one flight at a time. This was clearly a staffing issue.

You need to do a better job cleaning @americanair That is definitely blood on my window on flight 5921 YEG to PHX. Now I have to wonder what I was sitting in and didn’t notice. 😡 #unsanitary
