Monday is here again! Make the day count.
We talk a lot about friendship, personal relationships, and professional relationships. Every relationship starts with a conversation. The easiest way to initiate a conversation is with a smile.
People die is silence everyday. They fail to ask for help. Granted, painful experiences with rejection can make you develop a mindset of not asking for help. The truth is, we all need help. So, expand your relational network. It gives you more options when seeking help.
Telling stories is an effective way to deepen your connection with anybody. Stories make you more human. This especially true when your stories show vulnerability.
It is not easy to live with someone you are not compatible with. It is even worse when that someone is yourself. You can always leave a relationship. But you can't leave yourself (Say no to suicide). Always find a way to keep loving yourself no matter the situation.
What character do you need to have to overcome the challenges that you face? That challenge may be testing your patience, your courage, your resilience, or your commitment. What ever you do, just get to the other side of the struggle!
Monday presents a new opportunity to take on the challenges that life presents. Make it count! #monday #motivation
