Awful service from @RoyalMail @RoyalMailHelp They smash an item, only pay back the postage and won't pay the item's cost due to lack of evidence submitted. Help team confirm the evidence has been submitted correctly and can't understand it. What do they do? Tell me to write in!

Update on the @Hermesparcels fiasco: I've spoken to producer at Radio 4's consumer show You & Yours and the problems are being looked at on one of their programmes this week. I'm still chasing parcels from 3 weeks ago and they can't be bothered to reply to emails now. #myhermes

Warning to anyone using #myhermes at the moment: don't! I've had several parcels go missing / lost in the ether recently. There's no email address currently available and they will only answer calls between 0900 and 1600 and then the chance of getting through is remote.
