Agree, but it’s too far gone. It would break the functionality of a ton of good/useful things most likely. Most raid mechs are objectively more fun to figure out/do without auras, but they would have to rethink their design of bosses with that in mind.
Maybe hot take but my wish for 10.0 is weakauras (and similar add-ons) are banned and new raid bosses adjusted accordingly. Feels like we've gone down such a far hole of game being designed with weakauras in mind that it is essential to play with weakauras to be successful.
