NEW: HHS notified 53 organizations, including several Planned Parenthood affiliates, that they will no longer receive taxpayer funds after pushing “sexually explicit” content on kids. They’re also WAY happier than the general population: “Among those surveyed, nearly 99% of people with Down syndrome indicated that they were happy with their lives; 97% liked who they are; and 96% liked how they look. Nearly 99% people with Down syndrome expressed love for their families, and 97% liked their brothers and sisters.” Given the amount of prescribed SSRIs and mental health issues plaguing our world right now, it’s incredible that the stats are this high for people with Down syndrome. pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC37…

I have been around Downs Syndrome folks my entire life. I have an older brother with Downs Syndrome. He is the star of our family (including extended family and local community). The love of life and sweetness in Downs Syndrome people is unmatched. A terrible grave evil was done by not giving this dignified precious child a chance at life.
