1) 🇨🇦 Disappointing to see that McMaster University is sponsoring a trial of the Lightning Process for Long Covid. The study isn't blinded and only uses subjective outcomes such as fatigue questionnaires so its results will be biased by expectations and therapist instructions

Zur @LiegendDemo in Hamburg. Wichtig ist u. a. der Teil zum Bürgerschaftsantrag: "Eine Betroffenen-Initiative begrüßt diesen Vorstoß [...]. Allerdings geht ihr das Papier nicht weit genug." Leider ist die Kritik der Betroffenenorga sehr kurz wiedergegeben in dem Artikel.
Wäre schön, wenn es so klar wäre, wie hier beschrieben. Rot-Grün plant leider nichts konkretes zu beschließen. Aus dem Text des Antrags geht nur hervor, dass der Senat es befürwortet, wenn das UKE das PAIS-Modell umsetzt. Es wird nichts konkret oder verbindlich beschlossen.

LiegendDemo in Hamburg am 8.8.26: Wäre toll, wenn alle, die so etwas noch schaffen, mitmachen könnten. Oder ansonsten jemanden zu Stellvertretung schicken könnten. Die Demo findet direkt vor dem UKE statt, wo die Psychosomatik noch heute ME/CFS, PCS, PVS & PAIS psychologisiert.
Sehr gut: Bei der Nationalen Dekade werden wissenschaftliche Ansätze priorisiert und Psychosomatik (PS) steht nicht im Fokus. Ich hoffe sehr, dass die PS überhaupt keine Rolle spielt. Aber leider sind die PS-Vertreter schon in den Startlöchern, um irgendwie Gelder zu erhaschen.

Pressemitteilung von Rot-Grün zum geplanten Antrag zur Schaffung einer spezialisierten Versorgung für ME/CFS und Post-COVID in Hamburg: Leider nur schwammige Phrasen und letztlich soll das UKE es selbst machen. Auch kein Wort zu einer Finanzierung durch die Stadt. Enttäuschend.
@Lillikarina2022 Das UKE ist zweifelsohne in großen Teilen eine Psychosomatik-Hölle, aber ob dein HA das nun daher oder woanders her hat, finde ich sehr spekulativ. Meine Hausarztpraxis ist bspw. auch UKE-Lehrpraxis, aber nimmt ME/CFS als somatische Ekrankung sehr ernst.
@kania_felix Habe es probiert, aber hatte leider keinen Effekt bei mir. Falls du Migräne hast, aufpassen, weil diese unter der Einnahme zunehmen kann.
Bzgl. ME/CFS- und Post-COVID-Versorgung in Hamburg: "Die rot-grüne Koalition setzt sich für ein dreistufiges ambulantes Versorgungsmodell ein, über das die Hamburgische Bürgerschaft in ihrer ersten Sitzung nach der Sommerpause am 2. September entscheiden will."

@sehrguteute @verenabee @GrandeBettina Bei Schizophrenie spricht einiges dafür, dass es eine somatische Erkrankung - mind. in Subgruppen. Effekte von LDA bei PAIS sind dafür aber kein spezifischer Nachweis. Angefangen mit der vollkommmen anderen Dosierung. Außerdem müsste die Wirkung dafür spezifisch sein.
