S1 had to put their knowledge of WW1 trenches and weaponry, to design their very own battle plans! Excellent work 👍
S2 done a fantastic job designing their “Copbots” following their lessons about Police in the UK.
Our S4 done us all proud yesterday on our trip to Liverpool. We explored the International Slavery Museum, Museum of Liverpool, Albert Dock and Liverpool One and a wonderful time was had by all! @SpringburnSP
S3 Modern Studies today were tasked with solving the murder of Ashley Ashcroft in 1998 🔎
We’ve ended our day at Auschwitz Birkenau, where we lit candles in memory of those that lost their lives in the Holocaust.
Landed safe and sound in Poland, ready to start our day!
Early start here at Glasgow Airport as Miss Penman and our two Lessons From Auschwitz Ambassadors board their flight to visit @AuschwitzMuseum in Poland.
Today we welcomed Gillian Field to Springburn Academy where she shared her Mum and Dad’s experiences during the Holocaust. Pupils and staff thoroughly enjoyed hearing their story and can’t thank Gillian enough for coming to speak to all of us. @HolocaustUK @SpringburnSP

S4 Modern Studies pupils thoroughly enjoyed their tour of the Scottish Parliament and witnessed a lively debate in the Chamber, hearing the new First Minister’s policy statement.
