@SportsDirectUK do you think this is acceptable? My sons Christmas present a mountain bike arrived faulty so I ordered a replacement on the 18th then contacted you. You want to collect the damaged one tomorrow but can’t deliver the new one till after Christmas.

@SB_737 Hi, my 7 year old son Frank is a huge fan of yours. When he found out you had drawn a poster of his favourite animal (penguin) he asked me to order it with his pocket money he had saved up. He knew when it was going on sale and brought me the laptop with the poster in the basket,

@Dominos_UK over 6 weeks ago I paid for my pizza twice through PayPal due to an issue with the app. After dealing with the branch and your direct email, I’m still waiting for a response from you and a refund. Terrible customer service.
