Really don’t want to be negative about it all but we are in big trouble. The reset has no plan to save us from back to backs. all year will be we have to play all the youth etc. need to stay in league two. Signings are very poor. Bookmark this we are going down I’m afraid #ecfc

@OfficialECFC @ECFCST Just watched this. That poor lad Josh is treated so poorly. Happened last time. Fair play to him for not backing down when questions are not being answered. pure distain shown towards him. Look at body language and attitude. Need to connect with younger persons for the future

@OfficialECFC To add insult to injury been told that our budget in league two will be bottom 6! Serious change is needed. Get some young fresh positive people into positions to effect change. The old boys club house has to be disbanded allowing for growth.

@AndrewDLR @OfficialECFC Not kneejerk been saying this for a long time. All this we have smallest budget we can’t compete etc. how is that going to attract managers and players. How about we are actively looking into ways to improve investment and turnover to be a top 6 team. It’s been a season

@OfficialECFC @burtonalbionfc Feel the club is going backwards. It needs some younger energy behind the scenes in order to move the club forward. These Gary was a massive problem but you can see from the language used in the meetings. They are happy for us to be at league two standard

@OfficialECFC @burtonalbionfc Watching the trust meeting the other day epitomise the problems behind the scenes. A young lad was trying to make some valid points and ask some questions but you could see the distain in the way that he was being dealt with. It’s an old boys club behind the scene

@OfficialECFC Another one who does not come across what we need. Need someone with some charisma, seems all we are getting is retired old boys who are looking to fill their spare time. Need younger dynamism to think outside the box and push us on.

@mikeythorne21 @TVickers1 Ditto. Once everything started to come to light of what is going on behind the scenes it’s clear to see what a good job he has done! Also a top bloke, took the time to write to me before I emigrated abroad. Will be a loss and I am happy to eat my frustrations I had at times
