No one cares about the boatswains title in discord. You have BIGGER issues than a title in a discord server. The community is more concerned about WHY a CM was allowed to elevate a pedophile to a trusted position in the community and allowed to abuse that position to harm a kid

After a lot of thought, I’ve decided to step down from the @SeaOfThieves Partner Program. I love Sea of Thieves and I’ll always be thankful for the opportunities, friendships, and memories that came from it. But seeing the recent news surrounding someone who was elevated and promoted by members of the CM team has honestly been disgusting. Especially hearing that some people may have known about certain behavior and it was still pushed forward anyway. As a Christian, I have to stand on what I believe is right. Between this and years of harassment that creators have dealt with while little was done about it, I just can’t continue representing the program in good faith anymore. This wasn’t an easy decision because I truly love this game and the community we built around it. But I feel like it’s the right decision for me, my family, and my community moving forward. Thank you to everyone who supported me through all of it.

As of today I have stepped down from Sea of Thieves Partner. Between the uplifting a Pedophile into a "trusted" position and the rapid decline of the state of the game, this is the best move. I don't wish to be associated with the game in an official capacity any longer.

@SeaOfThieves Who ever wrote this needs to have a word with themselves. Stop being passive aggressive with your community. YOU have pushed terrible updates. YOU have pulled any potential tangible content. YOU are starting to hemorrhage partners and creator crew members due to staff actions.
