@compass_mining @AlysonSved I purchased 6 miners, they took over a year to receive. They are constantly offline or being moved. I wonder where all the Bitcoin goes when my machines go offline? hmmm. I signed an agreement with your CEO to cancel my contract for 4 miners. Now I have 4 miners online again, missing 2 of them from you dashboard. Seriously, no one could be this bad at managing a business. This is a scam.

@simplesatapp Who manages the integration with the SyncroMSP marketplace? We purchased the product for this integration but it is turning out to be a waste of money. SyncroMSP does not allow us to change the subject to "We would love some feedback" It just says "Ticket Resolved" hard coded. We need some ideas. Have any?🧐

@syncromsp If customer satisfaction is the # 1 indicator of retaining a customer, why doesn't Syncro have a survey tool that works? SimpleStat for surveys is in the Syncro Marketplace but it doesn't work with Mailer, Email Automation. Why???? @simplesatapp 😤
