2 games, 210 minutes and we couldn’t be seperated. Losing on penalties hurts but we can be proud of the team and what they gave over 2 legs and the season. A big summer needed for us and with the squad likely to break up a manager has a big job on his hands. See you in August 💙

@impactsteve I’m sure they will have noticed the key points to getting through the away leg. Try and get through the first 15 and the crowd should start to quieten/get restless. Try and match the intensity in the middle and get some sort of control. Then we have a big chance.

Field, Johansen & Phillips would be my midfield 3. Pace, energy & ability. Need to match their midfield and the substitutions in there will be vital. Also the first 10-15 mins will be crucial to the tie as a whole. Start slow we set the tone. Start fast, match them and who knows

Possibly the best Semi Finals the Champions League has seen. Unreal by Liverpool & Spurs. A great credit to English football in Europe.

@BaggieSteve26 What stands out the most is how loud and vocal both teams support was. All night on both occasions the supporters dragged them over the line. Albion fans should be taking note.

@joebell45 @mattwilson_star @COYB_Will Thats the big one isn’t it if Phillips is fit. When he is, he’s unreal but we just haven’t seen enough this second part of the season. The midfield battle will be where it’s won and lost.

@lebouf1976 Messi all day long. Absolute genius with the ball and has scored the same amount of club goals as Ronaldo despite being 2 years younger. Scored against every English club he’s ever faced. Doesn’t need to move leagues as he’s proved he can do it to the very best in the game.
