@igetredpilled Yes, inflating $ supply & easy credit➡️price increases. But, many investments rise faster than GDP, e.g. S&P has averaged around 7.5% annual returns over the last century. What's happening is that wealth, i.e. purchasing power, measured in real $, has increased faster than GDP.
