@SpcialNdsJungle Give schools some form of redress on the part of the child where LA have acted unlawfully. Make parents aware that it is mostly the LA not the school which are putting up barriers to EHCP access.

@SpcialNdsJungle Make LAs accountable for not meeting statutory deadlines. Give schools correct funding and support to meet need. Don’t push parents towards mainstream who receive far less funding than specialist despite NOT having correct staff / equipment levels necessary to meet need.
