He then sells it to 10 guys in the US, who think they’re buying it directly from her. $150 per video. 2 videos a week. Madlad makes $10,000 a month. Basically dropshipping a hoe. Capitalism has reached its final form. I hate society.

La Expectativa vs. Realidad de invertir en un fondo indexado al SP500 con una rentabilidad media del 8% anual:
@Anfug @oco_xeiker @Delorocat Ósea necesitas 32k brutos de sueldo, unos 2k netos, para una vivienda de pueblo. El problema es que donde se cobran 2k, las viviendas no cuestan 150k.
La situación es muy loca. Supongamos un piso normalito en Madrid. Somos gente humilde: 250k. Entrada: 50k Impuestos + gastos: 20k. Recuerden, somos humildes. Ahorramos 1.000€ todos los meses. 6 años para la entrada. A un 3% anual, la vivienda ahora vale 300k.

@oco_xeiker @Anfug @Delorocat La realidad es que entre la subida de intereses y la cantidad a financiar, en perfiles que van justo al final no se concede esa financiación al 90-95%. Es más factible combinar con un préstamo personal, pero poco recomendable.
