I'm currently searching for a business to buy. Here's a simple AI-use case that has helped me stay focused: I have a 'Daily Deal Flow' pinned chat in codex: - piped to my email, where i've built deal flow from brokers/portals over time - skill has my buy-box preferences and learns/iterates from my feedback loop each day - scheduled task at 7am sorts into 'review/maybe/pass/admin' and shows geo, description, approx. size, reason for selling, why it fits/doesn't fit takes 5 mins max. I respond each day to "mark all as read except for 1, 3, and 8". today I marked ~70 as read and left 3 for me to take a closer look at. 2 of them were an immediate an 'No' upon quick review. This ratio is pretty common each day. Day in the life. Curious if there are any obvious or non-obvious improvements here w/r/t sourcing?
