@GalynnBeer @AmericanAir They caused me to have to sleep in the airport for the fifth time in 14 months (I travel up to 50 weeks a year for work). Turned what was supposed to be a vacation into a 22 hour flight down and a 23 flight back up. Spent more time sitting in the airport than I did at the beach.

@AmericanAir I had to choose you guys because Im returning from government business so I have to choose the lowest available fare but when you cause 10 additional hours of travel time from mechanical issues I couldve just paid an extra $150 flown Delta and and it would’ve cost less in the end
