Some days are harder than others. Some days, just getting up and moving forward feels like climbing a mountain. That's okay. It will pass, or the answers will come in time. Some days, it's hard to believe things will be okay. That's okay too. Be gentle with yourself. Rest if you can. Sometimes taking time off feels impossible. That's okay too. Take a mini mind vacation instead. Step outside. Sit in the sunshine. Feel the breeze. Watch a butterfly drift by. Listen to the birds chattering. Notice the sunlight dancing across a single leaf. And if your mind is so busy that even that feels impossible...That's okay too. Just breathe for one moment longer than you did yesterday. Drink a glass of water. Pet your dog. Look out the window. Start small. Healing, hope, and strength aren't always found in big breakthroughs. Sometimes they're found in tiny moments of quiet that remind us we're still here. Whatever today looks like, give yourself the same kindness you so freely give to others. Tomorrow is a new day. 💛
