@virginmedia I’ve done in the past formally over the phone and I was mugged off, so disrespectful and unprofessional form a company like this. At least we could’ve met half way but not even an offer for making me lost a day of work which means a lot of income to me.

@virginmedia Yes, RES5842897 created on 15/09, 2 moths ago, and I haven’t received any answer. I got an email and everything was perfect and also the enclosed pic (see arrow). I had to call on 3/10 to check what happened as nobody from @virginmedia made the effort to contact me. Unacceptable

@virginmedia No, as nobody’s answered to my formal complaint sent via @resolvercouk. It’s not fair that I had to take a day off which is worth several hundreds of £ and @virginmedia didn’t notify any problem pre-installation. It’s ridiculous. Hopefully I get an answer from you on resolver

@virginmedia They made up that they needed my residence card and passport to prove I was elegible to acquire their services. I was never notified so, + I called CS 3/10 complaining about the issue and then I got posted a letter 4/10 dated 2/10. LIES. I’ve been living in the UK nearly 5 years

@virginmedia The worst customer service ever. I ended up owning them. They made me take a day off for the installation and to my partner the day after and never turned up. Is that acceptable? I don’t think so. Anyway one customer less.
