@JadestoneEnergy is pleased to announce that the second well in the 2026 Malaysia drilling campaign on the PM323 PSC (Jadestone 60% interest) has been successfully drilled 13% below budget and brought online at ~2,800 bopd. The well set a new Malaysia record in extreme reach drilling, further demonstrating Jadestone’s in-house drilling capability. As previously announced, the encouraging results of the first two wells in the 2026 drilling programme resulted in a decision to drill the third contingent well. Drilling and completion activities on the third well have recently been concluded, with results to be reported in due course. T. @JadestoneEnergy is pleased to announce that the first well in the 2026 Malaysia drilling campaign on the PM323 PSC has been successfully drilled 20% below budget and brought online at ~3,000 bopd. The 2026 Malaysia drilling campaign originally included two firm wells and a third contingent well targeting the southwest extension of the East Belumut field, which was identified in the 2023 infill programme. Based on the strong performance of the first well and the subsurface data gathered during drilling of the second well, the third well has now been confirmed and drilling has commenced. The Group’s 2026 capital expenditure guidance of US$50-80 million remains unchanged. T. Great to spend time with CEO Mitch Little and CFO Andrew Fairclough on the road in London this week following @JadestoneEnergy's full-year 2025 results announcement. In all meetings there was significant focus on Jadestone’s Nam Du/U Minh development project in Vietnam, particularly the material upside potential close to existing discoveries, which is set out in the slide below. We’ve made fantastic progress in Vietnam already this year with Field Development Plan approval and signature of the Gas Sales and Purchase Agreement. We are now pushing forward with finalising the tenders for the major contract awards. The farm-out process is underway with engagements commencing this past week. We're aiming to take Final Investment Decision on Nam Du/U Minh by the end of this year. @JadestoneEnergy reports full-year 2025 results. Key points: Guidance unchanged. Strengthened financial position, with pro-forma net debt of US$5 million and pro-forma liquidity of US$220 million at 30 April 2026 following the successful Nordic bond issue. Vietnam farm-out process has commenced – encouraged by the number and quality of interested parties to date. T. Mitch Little, Chief Executive Officer, commented: “Jadestone’s improved operational performance and cash flow generation in 2025 reflect the organization’s hard work and relentless focus on the operational excellence and cost discipline principles which have been instilled under the leadership of our refreshed management team. These results were also underpinned by another excellent year of HSE performance across the Group. However, our financial results were impacted by the previously disclosed impairment, which was the main driver of a loss after tax for the year. Protecting the base business will remain a key focus for the Group, as we work to return to sustainable profits and maximize cash generation to support our future growth ambitions. The strong momentum from 2025 continued into early 2026, where we have already delivered on several of our key near-term priorities for the year. In Vietnam, we achieved FDP approval and signature of the GSPA for the Nam Du/U Minh project, clearing the key regulatory and commercial milestones required for project execution. The farm-out process has now commenced, and we have been encouraged by both the number and quality of interested parties to date. Separately, we have refinanced our debt with the issuance of our debut bond, removing near-term debt repayments and allowing us to focus near-term cashflow on accretive growth opportunities. After excellent operating performance in the first quarter of 2026, where we delivered on plan against all key metrics, the second quarter has started with some operational headwinds, primarily associated with the effects of Cyclone Narelle, one of the strongest storms to pass through offshore Western Australia in recorded history. The full impact of the storm is still being assessed, but will likely result in the Stag field remaining offline until the fourth quarter of this year based on current information. The Okha FPSO has arrived back on station at the CWLH fields following its successful dry-dock. However, recent subsea inspections have established that some minor structural repairs may be required to one of the field’s subsea riser’s J tube before re-connecting the vessel to the Riser Turret Mooring. Recent events in the Middle East continue to highlight the strategic value of a diversified portfolio of upstream assets in the Asia-Pacific region – reinforcing our long-standing corporate strategy. We remain geared towards Brent oil price strength, seeing realized prices for our oil sales increase significantly in recent months, with a positive impact on our financial performance. It was great to reconnect with key regional stakeholders, as well as progress our growth ambitions in the region. A new 5-year senior secured bond issue with an initial issue amount of US$200 million may follow, subject to, inter alia, market conditions. Jadestone’s largest shareholder, Tyrus Capital, has subscribed for and will be allocated US$25 million in the bond issue. Mitch Little, Chief Executive Officer of Jadestone, commented: "Through successful organic and acquisition led growth, Jadestone has increased its production 73% over the 2022-25 period, representing compound annual growth of 20%. It remains our priority to extend this growth trajectory and progress our strategic objective of being the leading independent Asia-Pacific upstream company. The next major catalyst in our growth story is the upcoming FDP approval for our Vietnam gas development. This will be a meaningful milestone, allowing us to book the project’s reserves and expedite discussions with potential partners, as we continue to build momentum behind this material organic growth opportunity creating value for all stakeholders. 2026 will be a year of continued focus on unlocking the value from our existing portfolio, while exercising discipline and prudence in the face of volatile oil prices. During 2025, significant progress was made in reducing routine opex. We will continue to be relentless in managing opex, however, we will see an increase in 2026 due to triennial subsea maintenance work, contract renewals, the FPSO drydock at CWLH which occurs every five years, and activity deferrals from 2025. We remain committed to both operational and financial discipline as we seek to create value for our shareholders. I’m pleased to report that we are making good progress towards refinancing our reserves-based lending facility, which will allow us to prioritize Jadestone’s cash flow generation for growth.
