@FavynTube I've always wanted more map innovations. Like imagine theres A map that had A river that froze over time throughout the match. So it becomes A new pathway to travel with cover or give more options to cross it for flanking. Just little things like that would be cool to me.

@Arrrrash This is why I favor A soft reset. Move way into the future, and treat Master Chief as A historical legend, and we can follow someone new who tries to match that legacy he left behind. Thats what I would do if I was A new studio stepping into making Halo.

One of the most interesting parts of making Ringfall is the feedback we get. I've noticed with other devs in the industry they always seem to end up incredibly confused, quickly become critical of our game and, in a few cases, they've laid into me (through someone else) for planning on having actual conversations with players. (???) I'm not sure if this comes from the recent disconnect between players and devs or something else, but this has really stood out to me. In the overwhelming majority of tests we've had, players understand what we're doing almost immediately. We usually need to show them our player physics and explain a little bit on how GRIT (shields) works, but player questions are almost always asked with the intention of helping them learning the game instead of criticizing it. Don't get me wrong, I find all feedback valuable, this is why we're starting public tests in a few months. It's just the opposite of what I expected. Anyway, here's a clip from our last test.

Been trying out the Gears E Day beta. Not sure how I feel about It yet. While It's been fun. Something just feels off to me when it comes to the gameplay. Like It's not as snappy as previous Gears. But I'll give It more time since I rarely play multiplayer games anymore

@Arrrrash I like that what money I get pretty much pays for everything I do on the channel, and while people can say A person only gets x amount. Sometimes luck is on A person's side when it comes to rpm. My Bullet Witch video had an rpm of 53$.
