Since that Surrey land deal post blew up, it’s clear people are paying attention to real estate right now. And honestly, the BC rental side has its own issues too. A lot of landlords are still guessing on pricing (usually too high), using weak photos, responding too slow, then wondering why the unit sits empty. The rental market has changed. Tenants are pickier. Vacant days are expensive. If you own a rental in Surrey, Langley, Abbotsford or Mission and want a straight answer on rent value or why it’s not moving, DM me. No fluff. I’ll tell you what I actually think.

Holy shit… this Surrey BC land deal looks fishy as hell. A property was listed for $4.5M and couldn’t sell. Then it sells on the open market for $3.35M Weeks later, it gets flipped to the City of Surrey for $6.8 Million!!! Read that again. Someone buys it for $3.35M… and taxpayers buy it weeks later for almost DOUBLE. That is not normal. That is not just something getting lucky in “real estate.” That deserves serious answers. 1) Who approved this at City Hall? 2) Who did the buyer speak with before the City purchased it? 3) Did anyone in the Mayor’s office know? 4) And the biggest question: did the buyer know the City wanted this property before he bought it? Because if the answer is yes, this is absolutely insane... Surrey taxpayers should not be paying millions extra while everyone hides behind closed-door meetings. Something doesn't add up here...
I see $META investing $$$ in Alberta, but how much exactly? 9 billion? 10 billion? 13 billion? 100 billion? So how much is it? 😂

FSD feels luxury on a budget. Extremely smooth, and removes the headache from driving (especially if you drive a lot in general). EV portion is great cause the gas savings are awesome. Hopefully the tech and battery last long enough and doesn’t turn out to be a like an IPhone.
I switched to Tesla just recently and I’m blown away how well FSD works. Honestly every car should be on FSD. Every other car now just feels dumb. 🤯
