@PanasonicIndia I’m having a problem with an AC purchased from you a few months ago. The AC stops cooling after an hour. Ive had 2 engineers attend the call but have no clue on how to address the issue.

@MandSIndia @MandSIndia I had raised a complaint through email on 12 October 2023 regarding theft of my loyalty points worth more than Rs. 2000, probably by an internal employee considering the way the whole process of redemption was bypassed. I have still not received a resolution till date
