Honestly, more than Tyra needing to be fired from #dwts, her stylist or whoever is picking her outfits needs to be banished from dressing anyone ever again. Every week the outfits are worse than the week before. It feels like they are making her look bad on our purpose

@JetBlue what does fragile mean to luggage handlers/JetBlue staff? My suitcase from flight from MCO to BOS came off the plane missing one wheel altogether and another wheel broken off, yet still attached, and the handle no longer comes up. It has multiple fragile tags ON IT.

@JetBlue when did the policy change about filling middle seats with people who are not in the same party? This trip has been nothing short of a nightmare. I guess dialysis patients shouldn’t travel on your airline.

No compassion from agents, no understanding, just an accusation because my machine goes in a standard suitcase (but one that has JetBlue fragile stickers all over it placed from previous flights). Sick people are not criminals. You can take you’re $35 bag charge and shove it.

@JetBlue customer service at check in in Orlando extremely rude. I’ve flown probably 30x on your airline with my dialysis machine and this was FB e first time I was made to feel like some criminal trying to snag a free bag. Had to open up in front of a crowd of people.
