“ Embarking on a New Chapter” After a rewarding and fulfilling career in banking and asset management, I am excited to announce that I will be transitioning the Investcorp Credit business over the next several months, preparing to pass the baton to the next generation of trusted colleagues. This decision comes at a time when the business is in an incredibly strong position. With a talented team, a solid foundation, and a clear vision for the future, I am confident the Investcorp Credit business will continue to go from strength to strength under its next phase of leadership. I am immensely proud of what we have achieved together and deeply grateful for the long-standing relationships and trust of our investors and stakeholders, which have shaped this incredible journey. In the coming months, my priority will be ensuring a smooth and seamless handover, providing all the support necessary to empower the team to thrive in this new chapter. Following this transition, I look forward to embracing a completely new challenge—an opportunity to apply my experience, expertise, and passion in a fresh context, while continuing to learn and grow. This marks the end of one significant chapter for me—a career spanning nearly four decades, beginning in the mid-1980s during the early days of buyout private equity, leveraged finance, mezzanine loans, and junk bonds. It has been a remarkable journey, one that has evolved alongside the industry and brought immense personal and professional fulfilment. At the same time, this is also a moment to embrace new horizons and exciting frontiers. I look forward to seeing the continued growth and success of the Investcorp Credit business, knowing it is well-positioned for a bright future. Though I will no longer be at the helm, I will always remain a proud supporter of the team and their efforts. Here’s to the exciting next chapter!
