@_musel_ Good question. I’m tightening that definition now. For me, “yes” means someone gives me a real workflow/sample, lets me solve one painful step, and says they’d actually use it again — ideally pay for it. Until then, I’m not adding features.

Today I did something that feels less productive than coding, but probably matters more: I asked 2 real people to test the workflow. 0 replies so far. 0 new features built. I’m keeping LedgerDrop frozen until someone says yes. 😅 #buildinpublic

@AIGryffindor Exactly. The real challenge isn’t automating it — it’s making the automation reliable enough that people actually trust it every day.

@Cherrynasb How much data are you moving, and is it mostly the same structure across the Sheets/Excel files? If it’s repetitive, there may be a way to avoid transferring everything manually.
