Yesterday, the landlords told me I could go back to the apartment to retrieve a significant box. Upon arrival, on the sidewalk they left the dump bins, they knew I would look inside. They threw away/kept my food, and same for my plants. This is a new type of grief. 😮‍💨

Yesterday, the community really came through to help the kitties and me. From helping with rides, providing funds to take care of housing, essentials and everything else. Yesterday, I returned home from a walk and within three minutes, I walked out homeless.

@OXHarryH1 She didn’t complete the legal obligations again in November. Once the other roommates vacated in December, the lease ended at the end of December. My rent went from $1,040 to $4,238 or something like that, which is also illegal.

@OXHarryH1 Because the landlord didn’t have a valid excuse to evict me, when she wanted to, she fabricated an eviction so that she could file it for non-payment, making at-fault. I filed a complained 12/19 with LAHD, she technically was not supposed to file any evictions for 180 after.

If you see this, please send the police to my house. 2406 1/2 5th Ave, Los Angeles. The landlords went through with the eviction today and had the sheriff evict me. My cats are still inside and the ac is not on. This was never supposed to happen.

@OXHarryH1 October, she sent a notice stating she would not renew the lease due to substantial repairs. Fifteen days from that notice, she was supposed to be relocation assistance, before the eviction, she needed to file a THP, she did neither. Sent the notice again in November.

I didn’t even get to turn on the ac. I bet the sheriffs didn’t think to do that, while they were marching around. The landlord hates cats and I know she has no intention of going in there. My poor babies, they had nothing to do with this. 😭

My landlords, even though they were caught filing the eviction under a different address, they went ahead and moved forward with the eviction. The sheriffs just kicked me out of my home and my cats are still locked inside.
