5. Small projects can still win but adopting a GDS strategy for large scale projects has been disastrous. User researches for an API? Check. Content designers causing havoc? Check. Armies of people (Devops/Automated testers etc) for questionable outcomes? Check.

@TomChivers Interesting read. My view is that the problems are broader. It's not just AI, it's chemicals, it's industrial manufacture, it's R&D. AI is still largely confined to web and desktop. There will be a robot revolution at some point but the other issues are happening now.
