@bbc5live Hi, Joe Higham here re-supermarket staff/ self-service. The net headcount reduction is what makes the operation most efficient, and thus lowest prices obtainable. It's all about headcount overall not where they are deployed.

@CountyBroadband @CBLsupport @CountyBroadband - It's a busy time for you - really appreciate all the hard work happening in the background. Perhaps could you provide an update showing how many outstanding calls you have, as it'll help everyone understand the bigger picture :) thanks

@dancingtimes Hi thanks for this. I've contacted them via email > they're really reluctant to share basic information and question my motives! I asked re: application process/auditions/safeguarding etc. (Stuff parents might ask especially after the BW scandals) now being asked post letters!.

@HabitatUK .. and Dist Sel regulations also state not lawful to demand orig packaging. Plus - the product design means I CANNOT return it in orig packaging. DM me for email contact plz.

@Argos_Online @ArgosHelpers @HabitatUK .. ok here's an IMPOSSIBLE situation! I've tried BOTH the store AND customer services (chat AND phone!!) Grrrr... Item return REFUSED as the design PREVENTS me from getting it back in the original packaging without damage! Illegal T&C !!

@HabitatUK Thanks - but absolutely disagree here. It's being returned under distance selling regulations. Cust Serv agent cut me off when I wished to explain the situ! ... Chat transcripts available. DM me for email address please.

@StuieJWalker @Starsk1977 @MetalRich Ahh I've been so wrapped up in life 'this end' with rental houses etc and preparing kids for Uni / ballet school ; it's taken me away from checking-in with the important people... #gutted you can't spend money you don't have with us! Any special requests??
