@alexisohanian So good. When I lived there, La Taqueria and Papalote were my two favs. Still go to at least one when I’m in town. Papalote seemed slightly more healthy. La Taqueria is best all around.

@DianaChimes This is excellent. Agreed AI increases the need for brand & can’t create your brand strategy. That point got me thinking, though, whether AI could help gather & synthesize the info to inform the strategy. AI interviews of internal stakeholders + external signals gathered online.
