I can understand why this has had to happen but rather than making a terrible service worse why not ban the individuals from the premises apart from actual treatment. The doctors and staff are great but the service unfortunately is terrible.

@HealthMonthly are you still operating as a viable business or have you gone under? You've been unable to provide any customer feedback and support for six months?

#Sainsbury I'm not prepared to keep giving you the same info over and over again. Please sort my issue, I've given you all the info. You have it. If you want more I won't be chatting over DM as the info gets lost or no reply or automated nonsense reply. Pathetic.

@sainsburys Just spoke to your customer services as our cat has been sick twice after previously eating tins of this cat food which you can see is clearly mouldy in these pictures. We're told there's nothing you can do without the outer plastic packaging? Seriously?

@sainsburys Hi there the cans were bought from Melton Mowbray store on the 18th February. We don't have barcodes as on outer packing. Pics attached again.

@sainsburys Your automated DM response is broken for me... I get no options. Have tried twice. How difficult is it to communicate and get a valid response with you guys at the moment?

@sainsburys Yeah they're ok they were sick immediately luckily, twice on different cans 😩 which your phone support dismissed as it wasn't food poisoning as takes 24 hours. I'd be sick immediately if I'd have eaten that. Will DM further info thanks.

@madebygoogle I must be escalated to god's dad by now, it can't go higher? I responded in DM and here to let others see how Google's customer services works. Escalation is a black hole with no timelines or answers. Lots of other people with the same experience. "Hey Google - where's my phone?"

@madebygoogle I sent my pixel 3 for an RMA which was received in Poland in the 19th Nov. I have not received a replacement device as promised and despite many calls and chats and escalations I can't get an update from support. How do I get an update?

@madebygoogle Any chance I might get an update on this one. Please don't press the escalation button again... I'd like my warranty return please like others in the pixel forums... If you've lost a truck full of phones somewhere let us know, at least it's an update!
