@santanderukhelp you should be ashamed of yourself. My son changed his account to a student account and hasn’t received the code for the free railcard after 8 days. The level of customer service he has had is appalling. Do you think you can fob him off because of his age?

@santanderukhelp Yes he has online banking, he has checked for messages in the secure message folder but nothing. He has been in contact but they tell him to keep waiting. 5 working days passed on Friday but no one has wants to take ownership and get him a code.
