@Vodacom @CellC @ICASA_org I have not lodged an official complaint on your website, for both @CellC and @Vodacom . Consumers can't keep paying for service like this, and i assure you, i will take this as far as possible. This will get resolved, even if i get all my paid premiums back.

@CellC I've never had this much trouble with a simple phone upgrade. Your staff phoned me almost 50 times a day, mail me, i then give in and do the upgrade, and you can't even deliver the phonethree weeks after. It's a fucking joke.
@CellC Your delivery services with @Courierit_SA is fucking HORRIBLE. You send me a whats app, that my delivery is next, then send a message an hour later, that you were unable to deliver. What are you doing? Or is this just usual lazy service from a driver who's tired?
