75 hard days is bit too strict for our schedule (involves 1 hour indoor outdoor workout, serious calorie tracking etc) and if you fail any day you need to restart For soft days we focused on easier goals and is personalised like 8k steps, no sugar, one illustration yada yada, goal is to do our best

My parents live in such a house, and I think what helps you enjoy such a place is by having nice neighbours and quick access to groceries and other essentials But I do think its not for 30s unless you do want to live a slow (very slow) life
